216 Locust Short Term Rentals
This multi-unit rental property was designed as an extension of Fayetteville itself by modus studio where I am an interior designer.
Each unit reflects a distinct concept rooted in the city’s identity, from expressive and layered to calm and nature-inspired.  The result is a collection of interiors that feel aligned, memorable, and quietly elevated, where design enhances both the stay and the overall brand.

Luxury, multifamily apartments located in Bentonville, Arkansas. I worked on the six amenity spaces, the leasing office, two model units, and four roof top decks overlooking downtown Bentonville. This was designed by modus studio where I am an Interior Designer, and is owned by Blue Crane.

The new Temporary Leasing Office for Verve Fayetteville is located on Dickson Street in Fayetteville, AR. This was designed by modus studio where I am an Interior Designer and was designed alongside the owner of the property, Subtext.
